The On & Off 4 Short Films creative Festival is an event dedicated to short films and will take place, as usual, in Ribadeo from the 29th of July to the 2nd of August 2008.
After three successful editions the organisers want to take a step forward and for the first time the festival is open to the rest of the world.
This year we will have the usual Short Film Competition, that will take place in the streets of Ribadeo; we will continue promoting the creativity; and also the new and attractive parallel activities will bring to Ribadeo the filming essence.
